Due to recent personnel changes at the Winnemucca District Office of the Bureau of Land Management, those who maintain grazing allotments in this district can expect to face increased scrutiny by the BLM. We recently sent a letter to a handful of ranchers in Winnemucca to notify them of this change. If you received this letter, we hope you will share it with your friends in the ranching community. If you didn’t receive it, you can download it here: Rangeland Strategies – Winnemucca Letter
Our consultants already have a track record working with some of these BLM agents, and they are ready to help you navigate your relationship with the agency to prevent conflict and let you focus on running your business.
We hope to come to Winnemucca soon, and we would like to meet the ranchers in the area. Even if you decide not to use our services, this will be a great chance to learn from some of the firsthand experiences we have working with the BLM staff in your area.
We are still in the process of gauging interest and finding a date and location that will work for this visit. Once we get things finalized, we would love to keep you updated. You can sign up to be notified of the further details of this meeting:
